  • Abstract
    Presented is an improved variable step-size affine projection algorithm (VS-APA) with exponential smoothing factor, namely VS-APA-EXP, in which an exponential function of the projected error norm is used as smoothing factor. Simulation results illustrate that the proposed algorithm is superior in terms of mean-square deviation (MSD) compared with existing algorithms.
