Abstract :
Two-wave mixing has been observed in Cr-doped semi-insulating GaAs using a compact Nd:YLF diode-pumped solid-state CW laser system at 1.31 μm. Significant enhancement of the two-wave mixing gain was achieved through application of AC electric fields
