  • Abstract
    An abrupt change in the steady operating conditions of a synchronous power system may produce transient-stability problems. A study of these is of great importance in electrical engineering. This account reviews the application of various computational aids to the solution of these problems. The authors are in the Department of Electrical Engineering, King´s College, University of Durham.
