Abstract :
With the world economic crisis, recession means more than just job cuts. The paper presents the strategic spending of stimulus funds of UK, US, China and South Korea. The stimulus spending is allocated mainly to climate-related themes, environmental protection, green infrastructure and other construction of vital public utilities.
