Abstract
I am a candidate for President of IEEE because I want you to have a choice for President. If I become President I want to bring a message from you to IEEE. The message would say: We, the members of IEEE believe that IEEE stands for (1) technical excellence (2) professional responsibility (3) responsiveness to the members.
