Abstract :
In the above-named letter [ibid., vol. 11, pp. 1280??1282, Oct. 1999] the dispersion slopes of some of the optical fibers were inaccurately cited in Fig. 1 and Table I. The actual values are revised and shown here in a corrected Figure 1 and Table I.
