Abstract :
The Circuits and Systems Society has heard with regret of the death of Wolja Saraga on the 15th of February. His illness was comparatively short and during this time his wife, his relations and many friends were constantly with him. He continued working in this period and put the finishing touches to his two papers for the 1980ISCAS on the day before he died.
