  • Abstract
In his book Fundamentals of Network Analysis, Professor Hostetter attempts to present the basic techniques of circuit analysis in a form suitable for a one-semester or one-quarter undergraduate course. The author states in the preface that the book is a response to pressure that has built up over the past several years to condense some of the more traditional two- or three-semester course secquences into a single course. In the specific case of network analysis, the author feels that such an abridgement can be achieved without compromising the students´ educational needs.
