Abstract :
With the development of mobile technology, traditional adaptive user interfaces cannot provide designers with a flexible environment and manage the status changed by the uncertain environment. Inspired by the perceptual control theory of psychology, and then we propose an adaptive user interface model for mobile devices based on perceptual control theory. Use perceptual control theory to analyze the use of context, export user intent, and on this basis, re-design context to meet the requirement of effective control. Built a video chat customizing system based on android platform and verified it by experiments. The experiments demonstrate that the model can obtain the user´s intent fairly well, adjust interface layout and interface actions to adapt to the user in real time.
