  • Abstract
    Dr. Franklin H. Branin, Jr., an IEEE Fellow since 1973, died on November 29, 1982 after a brief illness. He was a member of the IEEE Circuits and Systems Society. Dr. Branin lived in Woodstock, NY, and was employed as a senior engineer at the IBM Development Laboratory in Kingston, NY. He was 62 years old at the time of his death.
