Abstract :
The implications of rapidly increasing e.m. field levels in high density metropolitan areas are reviewed and the impact on electronic communications, control and computer related systems is discussed. Methods of determining and measuring electromagnetic susceptibility (ems) of equipment are considered. Results are presented for research and development of very wide frequency range ALCs (absorber lined chambers).
