Abstract :
The 34th Annual Convention of the American Institute of Electrical Engineers was held at the Marlborough-Blenheim Hotel, Atlantic City, on June 26, 27 and 28, 1918. Guided by the spirit of the times, the Board of Directors decided to make this a business convention and to eliminate most of the entertainment and amusement features which have proved attractive in less busy years. There were 355 members and guests registered. The six technical sessions were well attended and the discussion of all the papers was remarkably full and spontaneous.
