Abstract :
The library, which comprises the individual libraries of the American Institute of Electrical Engineers, the American Society of Mechanical Engineers, the American Institute of Mining and Metallurgical Engineers, the American Society of Civil Engineers, and the United Engineering Society, is Seated on the thirteenth and fourteenth floors of the Engineering Societies Building. In addition to engineering works it contains the general reference books of the allied sciences such as Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry. The library also contains publications of practically all the engineering societies in the world as well as current and pound sets of more than 1,000 engineering periodicals in English and other languages.
