Abstract :
A description is given of an alternating-current potentiometer which is suitable for the measurement of electromotive forces having frequencies up to 10,000 cycles per second. Both the phase and magnitude are read directly from the dial settings. A special type of a-c. differential galvanometer used in connection with the potentiometer is also described.
