C. H. Andrews, Assistant to President and Chief Engineer of the North Carolina Public Service Company, Greensboro, N. C., has been appointed general superintendent of Southern Utilities Company, which corporation operates electric, gas and ice properties throughout Florida, under management of the J. G.
