Abstract :
A wide and continuously tunable detector with a tuning range of 30 nm (Δλ/λ=3.7%) is demonstrated. Uniform responsivity of ~0.13 A/W and a linewidth of ~5 nm is achieved over the tuning range. This device is well suited for both single and multimode, dense and sparse channel separation WDM applications
