Abstract
The circuit of a 1,000-cycle transistor oscillator with a high degree of amplitude stability is described. The oscillator possesses inherent amplitude stability which is further improved by passive compensation and regulation. The transmission characteristics of the generator are such that the output amplitude will not vary by more than 0.03 db (decibel) over the temperature range from 40 to 120 F (degrees Fahrenheit) and over a supply voltage range of ±10% of nominal.
