Success in tomorrow´s world: a managerial approach to work

This article is addressed to all engineers. Very simply it looks at their world of work and makes a case for them to adopt a managerial-or holistic-approach to their particular work activity. It argues that by doing so they could increase their chances of success in an insecure world and also develop themselves as a natural part of managing their work activity.
