Abstract :
The authors describe a study of combined Barker codes for application in radar systems. The use of tap weighting with an inverse ripple filter to reduce autocorrelation sidelobes in combined Barker codes is also discussed. The implementation of biphase and quadraphase combined Barker codes using surface acoustic wave (SAW) devices is given as an example.
