Abstract :
In order to solve the problems of giant die forging hydraulic press synchronous control system such as low control precision tradition, dynamic response slow, bad realtime performance and weak anti-interference ability, according to the characteristics of H robust control, the application of the synchronous control system of H robust control are researched. The simulation and experimental results show that: the robustness is very strong, could completely model inhibit the uncertainty of parameters and the of uncertainty effect on the system, can effectively restrain the dynamic error caused by the disturbance, implements the purpose of high-precision tracking control synchronous running smoothly and effectively improve the processing accuracy of the product.
