Research on the Influencing Formation of Virtual Enterprise Based on ISM Model

The formation of a virtual enterprise is affected by many factors, whether the accurate judgment, the reasonable control of these factors directly relates to the formation and operation of Virtual Enterprise.In this paper, the macro factors of virtual enterprise is determined through empirical study. Using ISM method, it establish the structural model, and get the hierarchy between the factors. By analyzing the manner and the extent of the impact of various factors in the model, it puts forward the macro suggestions for the effective construction of virtual enterprise.
