Abstract :
China is in the key stage of perfecting its socialist market economic system, and the development of urbanization and industrialization are rapid. However, the traditional urban-rural planning usually focuses on the economy without taking care of the ecology, and at the same time, "negative planning" has some realistic difficulties in its implementation under the current situation of China. Urban-rural planning can be more scientific and reasonable through integrating urban-rural planning and ecological planning and coordinating the development of both. Through making use of the systematic idea and consider the and the reserved space for economic construction in the urban-rural ecological space planning, making a coordinated development of both, make the ecological planning has more practical significance.
