Abstract :
A mathematical model based on control theory is proposed for the physical problem of the interaction (macroscopic and microscopic topics) between electric field and dielectric medium. The model predicts the phenomenon of ferroelectricity; and the Curie temperature of a given material is given by the transition point between the stable and unstable regions of the corresponding root locus diagram.
