After the first year

The Canadian Electrical Engineering Journal is now in its second year. We all are indebted to the editor, Dr. G. W. Holbrook, and his group for the tremendous job they have done in getting the Journal launched. The work of the Publications Council should not be forgotten either. A great deal of organization and administration was necessary to ensure that the Journal was ready to launch. Dr. G. Sinclair and his members on the Council are to be congratulated for their successful efforts.
