Abstract :
A four-bit A/D convertor using Nb/AlOx/Nb Josephson junctions was fabricated. The circuit was designed to preserve the matching of characteristic impedances at all nodes. Four-bit A/D conversion was confirmed at a low frequency. The A/D convertor correctly operated at up to 5 GHz for two-bit conversion
