Abstract
Since maintenance crews help to maintain the network under normal conditions, i.e., all the customers with power supply and non-technical problems associated with the electric network, emergency orders are normally related to equipment failures, overload conditions and interrupted conductors. In this paper it has been presented an evaluation of multicriteria scenarios to schedule emergency orders in electric distribution utilities. First the problem definition is pointed out, followed by the proper description of the criteria to be adopted when planning the schedule of emergency orders. Finally, the computational experiments and conclusions are presented including actual cases.
