Abstract
The number of Electric Vehicles is increasing around the world. The interest in using storage batteries inside the vehicles with different purposes is growing, while the vehicle is parked. The main idea is using vehicle´s storage batteries in interest of the electrical system; of course this can be done only with an agreement from the vehicle´s owner and providing incentives for the owner. In this context, authors try to identify ways in which the vehicle owner can obtain electric energy cheaper. The main idea behind this paper is that the success of the EV technology relies strongly on the costs with electric energy. In a similar way in this paper we try to study a way in which the vehicle owner can purchase electric energy at low costs, by introducing a micro-market where electric vehicles and other entities can come for purchasing and selling their energy.
