Abstract :
On January 1983, I succeeded D.K. Mukedkar as President of the Canadian Society for Electrical Engineering. At that time, I agreed to continue in my position as Editor of the Canadian Electrical Engineering Journal, until a successor was found. With this issue, I end two and a half years as Editor and pass the Journal on to my colleague, Professor V. Ramachandran of Concordia University.
