Abstract
A two-pole filter bank is proposed as a video integrator for scanning radars. Compared with the conventional two-pole filter, the proposed integrator is more stable and less sensitive to filter coefficient quantisation. Moreover the new integrator has almost the same computational load and performance as the two-pole filter
