Abstract :
Based on the use of nominal symbol sequences, an alternative blind multiuser detector is proposed for direct sequence code division multiple access (DS-CDMA) systems. It is shown that the detector can theoretically achieve the same performance as that of a linear MMSE detector. Numerical results confirm the validity of the method
