Abstract :
Emergency war courses in Employment Management, for men and women are being conducted by the Government, in Boston, where Harvard, Boston University and M. I. T. are cooperating; in New York through the Bureau of Municipal Research; in Rochester at University of Rochester; in Pittsburgh Carnegie Institute and University of Pittsburgh cooperating; in Berkeley, Cal., at University of California; in Seattle at the University of Washington. Courses at the Universities of Cincinnati and Chicago are now being arranged for. Employers are invited to suggest men or women in their employ for these courses, which run from six weeks to two months. There are no tuition fees. Employers or individual applicants will be furnished complete information regarding the courses and entrance requirements by addressing Captain Boyd Fisher, Employment Management Division, War Industries Board, 717 Thirteenth St., N.
