In a briefing on Ferrari\´s environmental issues,the company expressed its confidence that the company would dramatically reduce CO₂ emissions while "keeping its soul" and honoring all its performance and fun-to-drive traditions. Yet further gains in engine efficiency won\´t be enough. Ferrari\´s and other models will begin to adopt the start-stop functions of hybrid vehicles to conform to environmental regulations.
