  • Abstract
The visual effects production in film or motion picture uses many knowledge to produce the video. There are many institutes in Thailand that teach about visual effects to provide the students in order to working in the film industry However, recruiting staff to work in visual effects from different institutes, also, have too different of the background knowledge while the visual effects production is the learning-by-doing work that require the skill of each individual worker. In order to increase the staff productivity, the research presents a model for training the visual effects workers proposed to be the standards of film industry in Thailand. In experiment, after finish training programme, the experimental group had produced visual effects video, and they had to finish their production within 3 weeks, as the procedure of visual effects scrum process. The visual effects video was evaluated by the expert both from academic institute and industry. The average result of the evaluation is very satisfactory with 73%. Therefore, this novel training programme should be applied as a standard visual effects working process to increase visual effects productivity of Thai visual effects worker.
