  • Abstract
    The 40 papers in this special issue cover topics on high-power microwaves, solid and gaseous high-voltage switching, pulsed-power accelerator technology, electron power flow, radiation sources, high-current magnetic drivers, and flux-compression techniques, to name a few. A majority of the articles contributed to this issue are provided by participants from the 17th IEEE International Pulsed Power Conference, held in Washington, DC, in June 2009.
