Abstract :
All-optical Boolean OR functionality is demonstrated in an all-active Michelson interferometer allowing simple, stable and efficient operation. This is the first time, to the authors´ knowledge, that the OR functionality is demonstrated in an integrated device. Good performance at 10 Gbit/s is obtained with a high extinction ratio of ~12.5 dB
