Abstract
The paper is devoted to the design of nonlinear analogue CMOS switched-capacitor (SC) circuits which realise logarithmic and/or exponential transfer characteristics. Some new circuit arrangements for SC logarithmic-exponential convertors and exponential time-function generators are presented. Details of implementation and experimental test results are also given
