Abstract :
A 2-unit cold-standby redundant system with delayed switchover and two types of repairs has exponential distribution of failure time and arbitrary distributions of all other times. The first-passage time distributions, the s-expected number of visits to a certain state, and the steady-state availability are obtained by using Markov Renewal Processes.
