Abstract :
The power output uncertainty brought by large scale concentration and the remote access of wind power causes great challenges to power grid scheduling and operation. To deal with such an uncertainty problem, the paper proposes a concept of wind power forecast error cost and establishes an OPF model which takes the cost of wind power forecast error into account (WFECI-OPF). To reduce calculation burden of stochastic simulation, the paper proposes a rapid approximate algorithm. Simulation examples based on IEEE 30-bus system validate that the proposed method has high accuracy and fast calculation speed, and it can meet the requirements of engineering applications.
