“If you have a passion, consider looking at that passion from the viewpoint of engineering,” counsels Maureen Connelly, a biomedical engineer by training and currently a senior manager in supply chain at EMD Millipore. Connelly certainly followed her own advice, relying on her engineering skills to steer her through a career path that has been very diverse.
