Abstract :
Under the effect of MicroGrid (MG) lines impedance characteristic and other factors, the conventional droop control is difficult to achieve accurate power sharing. Thus this paper presents a novel active power-frequency(P´-f) and reactive power-voltage differential (Q´-dU/dt) control strategy in an low voltage autonomous MG. The proposed voltage compensation control method based on the voltage amplitude change rate achieve accurate reactive power sharing and the system voltage stability. The dynamic performance is also improved. The small-signal model analysis verifies that matched parameters can greatly affect the transient response, and appropriate parameter design is good for the improvement of dynamic performance. The simulation results verify that the proposed control strategy is effective for power sharing in low voltage MG with a variety of distributed generations (DGs).
