Washington, D. C. The January meeting of the Washington Section will be held in the Telephone Building, Washington, on Tuesday, January 9. A paper of much local interest will be read by Mr. John H. Hanna, of Washington. Mr. Hanna is the chief engineer of the Capital Traction Company, and he will give a full description of the new steam turbine generating station which that company has recently erected on the Potomac River in Georgetown.
