Chicago convention conference of Institute officers and section delegates

Mr. Paul M. Lincoln, Chairman of the Sections Committee, called the meeting to order at 9.00 o´clock P.M., and said: Gentlemen: We are to discuss such matters of policy in regard to the Institute as any one may wish to bring up. There has been intimation from time to time, from some of our members that they would take exception to the way the Institute is managed. We want to give those gentlemen the chance to speak to-night.
