Abstract :
¿Did you know that when you die you´ve got to change in Jamaica to get where you´re going?¿ a Long Island Rail Road commuter said to the man standing next to him in the car´s crowded aisle. The train was already three minutes late pulling out of New York´s Pennsylvania Station, and the heating system wasn´t working. Running through the minds of their fellow commuters were visions of trains stuck in the tunnel, and cold meals upon reaching home.
