Abstract :
¿Gateway to the 80s¿ is the theme of WESCON ´79, the annual high-technology electronics convention and exhibition, scheduled for San Francisco Sept. 18¿20. And although it does not dominate the program to the extent it has in the past, the microprocessor still looms large on the session schedule, with papers covering memories for microprocessors, single-chip microprocessors, the micro´s impact on development systems, microprocessor applications in aiding the handicapped, and their use in energy conservation.
