Abstract :
The gift of the Western Electric Company to the Institute library, mentioned at length on page 18 of Section I of the November PROCEEDINGS, was formally acknowledged by the Board of Directors at the regular meeting held on Friday, November 12, 1909. The following resolutions were adopted.
