  • Abstract
    When the concept of a science court to resolve disputes over ¿scientific fact¿ was endorsed in 1976 by a Presidential task force, we questioned whether it would work (November 1976, p. 29). The task force, part of the Presidential Advisory Group on Anticipated Advances in Science and Technology, suggested that an experiment be set up to test the feasibility of a science court.
