Abstract :
For original paper see ibid., vol 83, p. 544-69 (April 1995). Shows that the synchronous oscillator (SO) can provide a fractional bandwidth of 0.001% or even lower percentage of tunable filters at 100 MHz. This percentage is even provided at 560 MHz or higher frequencies.
