Abstract :
A novel downlink transmission scheme for time-slotted CDMA employing time-division duplexing (TDD) is proposed. It utilises the knowledge of the channel impulse responses at the base station transmitter in such a way that at the receivers of the mobile stations, channel estimators are no longer required and the computational expense of data detection is dramatically reduced
