Abstract :
We provide a minimal overhead FIFO queue management scheme which controls link congestion and realizes long-term flow fairness. The proposed scheme is very simple but effective to regulate long term high bandwidth flows. The proposed scheme uses light resources including additional small fixed size memory. The evaluation result verifies the max-min convergence of the proposed mechanism and shows that the proposed scheme outperforms the compared related schemes.
