Abstract
As consumers increasingly demand products manufactured with minimal environmental and social impacts, retailers are encouraging their suppliers to improve their environmental and ethical credentials. The article discusses the movement for green garments in Sri Lanka. This movement aimed in combating climate change, reducing waste , safeguarding natural resources and trading ethically.
